On December 15, the Russian Ethnographic Museum, a round table "Public-private partnership is an example of the franchise: Non-profit partnership “Gildiya Knizhnikov” LLC Torgovy Dom “Biblio-Globus” and Libraries”: Margarita Rudomino All-Russia State Library for Foreign Literature, Russian National Public Library for Science and Technology and Russian State Library. It will focus on issues of effective collaboration with the private book companies and public libraries.

The event starts with a welcome speech by the Minister of Culture Vladimir Medinsky. The round table will be attended by President of Non-profit partnership “Gildiya Knizhnikov” Boris Esenkin, a leading specialist of LLC Torgovy Dom “Biblio-Globus” Gennady Popov, General Director of the Russian State Library Alexander Visly, Director General of the All-Russia State Library for Foreign Literature Vadim Duda, General Director of the State public Scientific and technical Library Yakov Schreiberg.

The round table will start with a ceremony of putting in use a unique series of stamps "Russian Nobel laureates for literature", dedicated to the closing of the Year of Literature.

Heads of state libraries and representatives of the private book business will sum up the results of the initiative the Ministry of Culture for the provision of additional services to the readers. The meeting will end up with the signing of cooperation agreements between the Non-profit partnership “Gildiya Knizhnikov” LLC Torgovy Dom “Biblio-Globus” and Libraries: Margarita Rudomino All-Russia State Library for Foreign Literature, Russian National Public Library for Science and Technology and Russian State Library.

Finally, participants and guests of the round table will go on a tour of the exhibition devoted to the literature and culture of Iran, China and Russia. It will present the work of the sculptor a member of the Union of Artists of the Russian Federation Vladimir Kurochkin.
