In a few seconds, at the IV St.Petersburg International Cultural Forum website will be broadcasting the most important event of the entire Forum - the Plenary Session, which is dedicated to the UNESCO's 70th anniversary. It will take place at the the General Staff Building Atrium of the Hermitage.
