On Tuesday, December 15, business breakfast at the Mihailovsky Theatre took place, there were participants from more than 40 foreign states. The event was held within the framework of IV St.Petersburg international cultural forum.

The cultural Forum in St.Petersburg gathered foreign ministers of culture, deputy ministers, directors of overseas departments as well as diplomats - in total more than 40 representatives from different countries. They met this morning for a business breakfast at the Mikhailovsky Theatre. The Russian Federation was represented by the Minister of Culture Vladimir Medinsky.

Vladimir Medinsky recommended foreign guests to visit the opening ceremony of renovated Circus on Fontanka this evening at 19 o'clock.

The breakfast ended with the signing of documents, among which there are agreements on cooperation between Russian Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Abkhazia, Russian Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Culture of Iran, Russian Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of North Ossetia and many others.
