Almanac "Russian philanthropist" presented a new unique issue

 

Special edition of the anthology "Russian philanthropist" was presented at the Cultural Forum. Chief Editor Arkady Sosnov spoke about unique topics of the issue, that to his regret, rarely attract the attention of the media.

 

- One of the main topics of this special issue is the underwater archaeological research - said Sosnov. - Second is a literary project of the Arkhangelsk region. This year there was made something that has not yet happened in St. Petersburg there was opened a museum of Nobel laureate Joseph Brodsky.

 

The presentation was also attended by the executive director of the Center for Underwater Research of Russian Geographical Society Sergey Fokin and scientific expedition leader Andrey Lukoshkov. They told about the intricacies of underwater expedition, as well as touched upon the issues of preservation of historical and cultural heritage found on the bottom.

 

The first issue of "Russian philanthropist" was released on the eve of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum in 2008. For the fourth time the almanac becomes a partner of the St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum and carries out its own round tables.

 

"Russian philanthropist " acts as defender of Russian traditions and supports the development of culture, science, education, health and other areas of educational knowledge.
