Russia and China are ready to create a new "Silk road"


During the Russian-Chinese conference on the topic of art education Chinese delegation suggested developing a closer cooperation in the field of art. The exchange of the teaching practices happened at the "Fine arts" section during the IV St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum. The meeting was attended by various people connected with art from both Russia and China.
