December 16 at 16:10 in the Hermitage General Staff building (Palace Sq., 6/8, the Hermitage General Staff, Yard 4) St.Petersburg and "MegaFon" will sign an agreement on intention to establish the "Virtual Museum".

The agreement will be signed between:

1.Georgy Poltavchenko, Governor of St. Petersburg
2.Aleksey Titov, Director of infrastructure of the North-West branch of PJSC "MegaFon"
