A presentation of the IV St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum was held at St. Petersburg International Legal Forum, with Russian Minister of Culture Vladimir Medinsky and Governor of St. Petersburg Georgy Poltavchenko in attendance.

Vladimir Medinsky said that this year the Forum will be held under the auspices of UNESCO, and one of the central discussion topics will be development of culture-related legislation. Governor Poltavchenko, in his turn, said that a series of cultural events under the auspices of the Forum will be held in St. Petersburg long in advance before the Forum. A busy event program will start in October 2015.
