Festive events in honor of the anniversary of the great Finnish composer Jean Sibelius will take place throughout the whole 2015. In Finland, a musical event held today in the central square of Helsinki, where all the participants will perform the symphony "Finland". In St. Petersburg, the Hermitage Theatre the audience will hear the concert "Sebelius Gala."
In the framework of the IV St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum were planned activities on this important date for the musical community. In Sheremetyevsky Palace on December 14 Julia Stadler will perform piano miniatures and "Valse Triste" by Jean Sibelius. In addition, on the final day of the Forum will be a concert by the Symphony Orchestra of St. Petersburg led by Sergei Stadler.
